Shipping

Queens are marked and sent in queen mailing cage with 6-8 attendant bees as priority mail. We send packages by delivery company preferably on Mondays. When we submit the parcel to delivery service we fulfil all obligations to the buyer and we are not responsible for problems which may occur during transport. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of queen bees during shipment as well as for not successful integration of the new queen bee into your bee colonies.

If you have any other suggestion for delivery, let us know in comment box.

The buyer pays the delivery costs, which are calculated according to the price list of the selected delivery service.

The buyer also pays for the Intra-trade health certificate, which costs 16 €, which is already taken into account in the cost calculation.

The shipment also contains copy of the organic certificate.

When the package is sent we will notice you by email.

Take over

Pick-up at our home address is only possible by prior arrangement.

Payment

Queens prepayment 100% of total amount at least two weeks before dispatch by proforma that we are going to send it on your email address.

If payment is not on time, the buyer will be skipped and queens will be sent to next buyer. If buyer withdraws from the purchase less than 14 days before the shipping, we do not return the prepayment.

We do not accept payment by MONEY GRAM, WESTERN UNION, PAY-PAL and etc.
